As part of this year’s TMS Diffusion Zone, come try out immersive visualization technologies (i.e., Virtual Reality) that showcase materials science in a new way. Various materials are explored using different techniques for capturing the complexity of materials at length-scales ranging from atoms to the continuum. Data from APT, FIB sectioned EBSD, 3D XRD, and computational modeling are all used for demonstration.
