Welcome to the TMS 2020 Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Use the conference app as your guide to be sure you attend all of your events, meet up with your contacts, and increase the overall value of your visit.

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about the app to help you get started.

How will the app help me at TMS 2020?

Save technical sessions and presentations into the My Schedule area of the app. You can browse the sessions and presentations by selecting Agenda in the menu. Use the "+" symbol to add events of interest to My Schedule for quick access. Another way to find technical sessions and presentations is the Search bar at the top of the app. Enter a search term and tap the magnifying glass icon to start the search. Visit the Search Tips for help.

Similarly, you can save attendees with whom you've communicated, or wish to communicate, under Contacts. Return to their listings under Contacts to set up a meeting or send them a message. Use the Message tool of the app to reach out to and respond to your contacts, similar to your email inbox.

Other functions of the app allow you to find exhibitors, under Browse Exhibitors, save exhibitors, under My Exhibitors, and take notes, under My Notes.

How do I schedule a meeting with a contact?

Each participants of TMS 2020 has a profile in the app. They are listed alphabetically under Attendees in the menu. Go to Attendees, and use the search bar to find someone by name. On each profile page, attendees have access to the following actions, denoted by red icons:

  • Add (plus icon): Saves a profile to your Contacts area of the app.
  • Request Meeting (calendar icon): Opens the tool to request a meeting.
  • Message (envelope icon): Opens the in-app messaging tool.
  • Notes (pencil icon): Allows you to enter notes, such as the details about where you met someone or when you need to follow up with the next communication.

After you have saved a profile or sent someone a message or meeting request, the profile will be saved for easy retrieval to your Contacts area of the app. Continue to use the Attendees area to make new connections.

How do I change my profile?

Select the My Profile option from the menu. Your profile page will open and display the information available for viewing on the app. Please note: the profile pages are available to TMS attendees using the app only and are not viewable by the public on the web.

Select the red Edit My Profile button located beneath your name on the profile page. A form will display with fields of information available to display on your profile. Add, edit, or delete information in the fields as you wish the information to be displayed on your profile. When finished, select the red Save button at the bottom of the page.

Who can I ask for help with the app?

TMS 2020 App Support is located on the Upper Level, San Diego Convention Center. The support desk is located immediately next to the Member Welcome Center, across from the Exhibit Hall in Sails Pavilion.

A Zerista customer support specialist will staff the support desk from Sunday through Tuesday. For assistance on Wednesday or Thursday, see the TMS staff located at the Member Welcome Center.
